Discount & Donation Policy
As a triple bottom line company that values and measures social outcomes of it's business activities, Recovery has a discount and donation policy.
It's pretty simple - to help those who need it the most; and to support all other individuals or groups who actively work in delivering social, environmental and economic outcomes in equal measure - if its triple bottom line sustainability focused, we will do what we can to assist.
To be eligible you must:
Send us a request in writing - email to [email protected], or by letter to GPO Box 283 Hobart 7000, provide a brief outline of how the request relates to the triple bottom line i.e. helping the environment, helping the community, the scope of the project and what assistance is required, what benefit Recovery will receive i.e acknowledgement in newsletter, key dates, and one nominated person who is authorised to purchase/receive the request items.
Once the request has been received, and considered, if successful, Recovery will formally advise you, all details are then written in our donations & discount register, which is updated at the point of each purchase; and must be signed by the nominated authorised person. We do expect letters of acknowledgement, and love feedback on successful endeavours.
Recovery usually discounts between 20-50% depending, and will consider one off donations for specific projects that do service the greatest need.
For example -Recovery donated all goods to Herdman's Cove [Gagebrook]Primary School for their big box project, or we provide a discount of 20% to all childcare centres upon written request, that are removing plastics from their catering processes.
